Lusty Beg is one of the most unique locations to visit in Northern Ireland, located just off of Boa Island, Kesh. With an abundance of natural beauty, an escape to Lusty Beg will bring your life back to balance.

Nature Trail 

Run, walk, cycle, and explore the heritage woodland within the grounds of Lusty Beg. The forest is home to a beautiful array of flora, fauna and wildlife that is native to the island. So take yourself on an adventure and tell us what you see – perhaps you’ll be lucky enough to spy a shy red squirrel, or if you look very closely – you’ll maybe see a fairy or two!

Fairy Trail

Dotted along our Nature Trail are a series of riddles and activities left by the Woodland Fairies for little ones to enjoy. A work booklet of questions and puzzles can be requested from reception and filled out along the way, or the fairy trail can be walked and enjoyed independently. From October-April we do recommend bringing your wellies along as some of our fairy houses venture off the beaten path! Why not end your walk with a trip to our newly renovated Playpark? 

Tennis Court

Our Tennis Court is free to use for our residents on the island. Tennis balls and rackets can be borrowed from Reception for a £5 deposit that will be refunded once the equipment is returned.
